To maintain the highest hygiene standards for the 16-tank Aging & Feeding Line (Image_0.png) and its associated pasteurization system, our team engineered a high-performance, Centralized CIP (Clean-In-Place) Station. This system is designed to provide thorough, repeatable, and verifiable cleaning of all internal surfaces without dismantling the extensive piping network.

Utilizing High-Density Polyethylene for its superior impact resistance and low-friction hull, the build balances durability with agility. Project Showcase: Integrated Industrial Cold Storage & Logistics Hub Client: Gomaa for Manufacturing Ice Cream & Frozen Products Project Location: Al-Roubiki Industrial Zone, 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt Total Footprint: 10,000 Square Meters Project Overview Our team successfully spearheaded the engineering and site management for a massive logistics and storage complex designed to support the rapid expansion of the "Gomaa" and "Friday" distribution brands. This project represents a benchmark in thermal engineering and industrial construction within one of Egypt’s most strategic industrial hubs. Core Engineering Components: Sub-Zero Cold Storage Facilities (-25°C): The heart of the project features high-capacity cold rooms engineered to maintain a constant temperature of -25°C. We implemented advanced thermal insulation solutions and specialized floor slab designs to withstand extreme thermal stresses while preventing frost heave, ensuring the integrity of the ice cream supply chain. Heavy-Duty Dry Warehousing: A vast 10,000 sqm area dedicated to dry storage, designed with optimized structural spans to maximize racking efficiency. The facility incorporates high-tolerance industrial flooring and integrated fire suppression systems tailored for large-scale industrial operations. "Friday" Distribution Administrative Headquarters: Beyond the industrial shell, we delivered a modern administrative building dedicated to the "Friday" distribution company. This facility serves as the nerve center for logistics, featuring integrated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, smart office automation, and a design that reflects the brand's dynamic market presence. Integrated Infrastructure & Site Management: From the initial site leveling to the final MEP commissioning, we managed the multidisciplinary coordination between civil, electrical, and refrigeration teams. The project was executed using BIM and Revit to ensure zero-clash installation between massive cooling ducts and structural elements. Designing the internal and external structure for a light weight racing dinghy, involves creating the main components(Hull Sides, Bottom Cut Files, Bulkhead, spine, Deck Cut Files creation and Adjustment), It also includes designing the construction bulk jigs and arranging (Nesting) the cutting files relative to the 1200*3400 panels, as well as creating the assembly instructions.

At the heart of the production process, upstream of the pasteurization and aging lines, our engineering team designed and implemented a high-performance Mixing & Blending Station. This station is the critical first step, engineered to homogenize raw ingredients—liquid and powder—into a consistent, high-quality base mix ready for final processing.

To serve the large-scale Aging and Feeding Line detailed in the diagram (image_0.png), our engineering team designed and implemented a high-capacity, integrated Sanitary Pasteurization System. This system is critical for eliminating pathogenic microorganisms and stabilizing the product before it enters the extensive tank farm for conditioning.

Designed and delivered a automated stainless steel chocolate production line, including pump selection and hydraulic sizing of piping diameters. Developed an integrated electrical control system enabling multiple ice cream flavors to be dispensed through a single pipeline. Maintained fluid temperature using a hot water double-jacket. Modeled the system in Revit.

Designed the complete MEP systems for an administrative building within an industrial facility, including fire protection, plumbing, and VRF HVAC systems. Ensured full compliance with applicable codes and standards. Selected equipment and sprinkler systems based on building classification, and developed the full design using Revit for accurate 3D coordination.
