Why ESP32?

The ESP32 is our go-to microcontroller for IoT prototyping. With built-in WiFi and Bluetooth, dual-core processing, and a rich peripheral set, it covers 90% of IoT use cases at a fraction of the cost of alternatives.

Our Prototyping Stack

  • Hardware: ESP32-WROOM or ESP32-S3 modules
  • Firmware: PlatformIO with Arduino or ESP-IDF framework
  • Communication: MQTT for cloud, BLE for local
  • Cloud: AWS IoT Core or custom MQTT brokers

From Prototype to Production

Once the prototype is validated, we design a custom PCB around the ESP32 module, optimize power consumption, and prepare for manufacturing. The transition from breadboard to product is where our expertise shines.
