Why ESP32?

The ESP32 is our go-to microcontroller for IoT prototyping. With built-in WiFi and Bluetooth, dual-core processing, and a rich peripheral set, it covers 90% of IoT use cases at a fraction of the cost of alternatives.

Our Prototyping Stack

  • Hardware: ESP32-WROOM or ESP32-S3 modules
  • Firmware: PlatformIO with Arduino or ESP-IDF framework
  • Communication: MQTT for cloud, BLE for local
  • Cloud: AWS IoT Core or custom MQTT brokers

From Prototype to Production

Once the prototype is validated, we design a custom PCB around the ESP32 module, optimize power consumption, and prepare for manufacturing. The transition from breadboard to product is where our PCB design expertise shines.

Real Example

We recently built a smart environmental monitoring system for a factory that tracks temperature, humidity, air quality, and noise levels in real-time, with automated alerts and a web dashboard.
